Shipping & Returns

We offer free regular Shipping on a purchase of $75 or more before applicable taxes across Canada. For all orders in Canada we offer the following shipping options with Fedex. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Please note we are closed on weekends and holidays.

  • Expedited Shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) – (BC, AB, SK, MB, ON)
    2-7 Business Days*
  • Expedited Shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) – (QC, NB, PEI, NL, NS)
    5-8 Business Days*

*Shipping times depend on shipping conditions and stock availability. 

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Hair-boutique.ca only ships to Canadian addresses at this time.
  • Our Standard Shipping carrier is Fedex for all deliveries, in order to accommodate all shipping needs across Canada. Fedex will deliver your package to the address indicated on your order. If there is no one available to receive the order, Fedex will attempt to deliver the following business day. In the event the parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be sent back to hair-boutique.ca warehouse.
  • Tracking is available through Fedex.com and will indicate the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Processing Time

Orders are only shipped on weekdays. Orders can take anywhere from 1 to 8 business days to arrive, depending on your area. See your estimated delivery date in your cart in the shipping screen during checkout.

Product Disclaimer

While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices, descriptions, and images, hair-boutique.ca reserves the right to correct errors or misprints, and adjust prices accordingly.

Use And Fitness Of Product

Hair-boutique.ca will not be liable for any product sold that has been damaged, rendered defective, or from any injury suffered as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, improper or inadequate maintenance of the product, or by any operation outside the normal usage parameters as described in the user instructions shipped with the product, or any other external cause.

Depending on weather conditions in your area, your product may arrive frozen. Products are manufactured with harsh winter conditions in mind, and freezing and thawing of the product does not affect its suitability.

If your order was damaged in transit, please email a picture to customercare@hair-boutique.ca upon delivery.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes the product you purchased may not be the right one for you, and we want all of our customers to enjoy their experience and purchase with hair-boutique.ca. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help you find the right one. When returning items, your online Order Confirmation must be presented. Items ordered that are being returned must be received back to our warehouse prior to the issue of a refund or replacement.

Online return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product & Hair Tool Returns

All liquid products & hair tools may be returned with proof of purchase for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase date. All original components (packaging, attachments, etc.) and any applicable free items must accompany your return. Returns without original proof of purchase may be accepted for exchange only.

Defective Hair Tools

Hair Tools with a manufacturer defect can be exchanged with proof of purchase within one year of the original purchase date.

Online Clearance Purchases

Online Clearance items are a final sale.
